Anyone interested, friends?

Hello everyone, by way of introduction and trying to find presence here, my own as well as all who'll share with me, my goals are: Fitness ... the capacity and vitality for vigorous activity and intensity of expression; Endurance ... stamina, resilience, durability; Agility ... gracefulness of a quick and nimble person (this I have to work on! a lot, ride a bike hard but have to stretch those muscles of mine ... have to get to flexible before nimble, physically anyway) with intellectual acuity and a bit ... well maybe a lot ... more. I have for some time now been very interested in BEing out there ... in a conscious kind of way. I'd very much like to hear other's goals, advice for me and where they currently find themselves. It comes to mind to start a group if anyone would like to be a member, maybe Spirit of Fitness. Happy Health to Everyone

I am also interested in those areas. I am almost 17 and over weight. I'm working on becoming healthy so I don't have problems when I am older. Also so I have more confidence because I have low self-esteem (mainly because of my weight). I feel that if I lose this weight I will feel better about myself, and be healthy. Add me if you like.0 -

Thank you Sheirai, it comes to mind, did a long time ago, to BE the fulcrum within balance because imbalance is always present as well.
