Spending too much time on the message board today and forgot my beans on the fire. I wonder how many calories in 1 cup of burnt red beans?

    Not sure, but alot less if you chuck them away.

    once i was warming up milk for coffee and it spilled over cause i was on mfp -_-

    MFP made me explode some eggs once... I put some eggs in water on the stove to boil... and forgot about them until I heard a popping sound... and smelled something burning... I had boiled egg all over my kitchen...
