TDEE activity level question

Hey all!!!
I really don't want to be starving myself but I also don't want to be over eating! So I just want opinions on what activity level you would put if you were me for figuring out TDEE
I do Insanity 6 days a week, BUT I am a student so I pretty much sit on my butt the rest of the day in class or doing homework. Of course I get up to walk around a bit, clean, cook etc. My thinking was to put moderate since that's pretty much the average of the 2 extremes I am...But I am not sure if that's correct?
Help :flowerforyou:
Thanks!!

I love this calculator: http://www.health-calc.com/diet/energy-expenditure-advanced
It lets you put in all your daily activities and gives you a TDEE based on the specifics. You can see what number it gives you, then compare it to the numbers of the different activity levels on here. I had thought I was sedentary most days, but using that calculator I found that I'm lightly active even on my laziest days.
You can also consider whether you want to include exercise in your TDEE, or only include non-exercise activities and then log exercise separately and eat back those calories only on exercise days. I do this, but that's because I don't exercise every day. If you exercise almost every day then you may want to include it in your TDEE and then not log exercise.0 -
I like to use sedentary for my activity level then add exercise separately because I'm never sure how much exercise I'll get in. Then I can decide if I want to eat those calories or not.0

I've changed my calories to my BMI . I then add exercise calories and the calories I've gained from walking around ( using a pedometer). I try to only eat half my exercise calories.0
