Lowering Calorie intake Good or Bad?

I have currently have a calorie intake of 1300. My SW was 230 my CW is 205, I feel I hit a point in my weight loss where the weight loss have slowed down. I increased my workout habits, I have lowered my calorie intake to 1200 as of today. Is this too low? I really want to have a successful holiday season, I just don't want to be eating to little for my body. Why is weight loss so hard!!!!!!! They say it's all math but what if your no good at math.! :laugh: :wink:
