    Welcome! You can make the best of this site just by following how many calories that u should be eating daily. As we know, excercise is a big part of the weight loss journey too! Lots of luck. You can do it. Nothing taste as good as skinny feels!

    Welcome to MFP. I have found that when I log everything I eat and am active every day I am successful. I do not limit the types of food I eat, just the quantity of the food. If I limit myself by not eating foods I like then I know I will not be able to maintain it long term. There is a lot of good information here and a lot of people that will answer questions and help you out when needed.
