Hey yah all :flowerforyou:
just need a bit of guidance on this.
I had my baby girl on 10/10/10 so now she is 2 years old. After giving birth I admit i never looked after myself.
Since feb of this year I had started my journey of weight loss but my biggest problem is my pregnancy fat. It still hangs
I haven't been constantly on diets and exercising as had many un expected journeys out of the country and some difficult times.
my weight that was steady after pregnancy was 105 kilos and now am at 85/86 kilos.
from walking long distances in a day would my pregnancy flab gradually go down? or is there anything that i should do.
Im not good with sit ups as i get back pain and always have to have a pillow at the lower part of my back (I dunno if thats normal)
any advice would be a great help

It doesn't matter how you put the weight on, the way to lose it is still the same:
1. Eat less food - for example follow the calorie goal MFP gives you
2. Move more - do whatever exercise appeals to you, whether that's walking, dancing, running, weight lifting, etc.
Edit to say that you can't spot reduce weight from any part of your body. If you have excess weight around your middle the only thing you can do is what's listed above. Sit ups won't reduce your stomach any faster.0 -
you may want to try a post pregnancy fitness dvd to tone up the abs that were stretched during the pregnancy (which may not have toned up since). if your back hurts that means that your abs are too weak. stregnthen the abs- Pilates on a yoga ball is great for weak backs. Get a DVD or try a free workout on one of the websites that offer that (there are tons out there). toning the muscles underneath will act like a corsett by bringing in the waist while you are moving to lose the fat. You have to do toning and move too to reduce flab and get a svelt waist. I'm 6 months post partum and working on it right now. it's going slow, but, i'm hoping for differences summer... or at least before i plan to have another in 2 years.0

The more you move, the more you lose :-)
