I have returned again for another start but my exercise has increased significantly so I am not sure what to enter in my settings - Monday to friday I walk for at least 2.5 hours and maybe and hour on sat and sunday. what does that mean - does that mean I should set as active or just add each walk individually! I am a stay at home mum so during the other times I am doing housework and also sitting for part of the day??

If you are generally sedentary for your job then enter that and add your exercise as you do it.0

I put myself down as sedentary & then log each bit of exercise as I do it. Walk 2 hours, log 2 hours. Spend 40 minutes doing vigorous housework, log that too. Then I eat back about half of my added calories, more if I'm hungry, fewer if I'm not.
If you don't want to log activity separately, or don't have time to, you sound "active" to me. Put that in and aim for the same calories each day. If you're not losing after a couple of weeks you could change your activity to "lightly active" & go from there.0 -
thankyou for your advice0
