Hello!

Hi everyone! My name is Kara, I'm 20 years old, & my goal is to lose my flab & tone up. I'm mostly slim with some muscle & toning all over except for my stomach, where my body fat is concentrated. I hate it & I'm ready for it to go! My goal is 1200 cal/day with 50P/30C/20F. When I lose the fat, I'm going to do 40P/35C/25F for muscle building.

I exercise daily, both muscle training & cardio (endurance & high intensity intervals). I also belly dance. My main problem is that my family eats a lot of carbs (pasta or rice daily), so I can't lose as much weight/ gain as much muscle as I'd like.

My first step is to cut cereal & PB sandwiches out of my diet, leaving the carbs for dinner (when I can't avoid them). I'd continue on from there in terms of diet. I'm excited to see my progress by 01/01/2013, & how well I advance over the year & beyond!
