Back on here , 2yrs ago i lost 100lbs mfp bighelp to that, ive been trying to lose my last 30lbs unsuccessfully for 2 yrs now i know i have knowledge to.do it, just need some motivation & support i just moved, moving yet again soon so very inbetween stage right now, started new job lots of changes , hope to find support here mfp family , feel free to babysit and kick my rear end i need it lol...:flowerforyou: ...............need buddy
