How would I put the 30DS in MFP?

I'm about to start the 30 Day Shred & I want it to be measured under MFP. For those of you that have done it, how did you write it in MFP?

EDIT: My second question -- should I continue my main regime while doing 30DS? I also dance daily. I'm considering just doing 30DS & dancing, then continuing my regime at the end of the 30 days. Thoughts?

    I third the circuit training, and power to you. Show Jillian Michaels who is boss. My DVD got scratched so I never completed the thirty days, but you got this! Stick to it and kick butt!!!!!!!!!!1

    I would suggest buying an heart rate monitor, they don't have to be expensive but it's great to know for sure how many calories you've used.

    I agree! You can't go wrong with a HRM. However, you can enter is as circuit training :)

    i put it at circut training for 25. and 2 minutes mild stretching.

    Thank you everyone, & good luck to all of you too! My mom decided that she's going to start with me also -- I just learned that she has an MFP account too :laugh:

    Should I do any other exercise during the 30 days? I go to the gym for 1h daily as well as dance for 30m-1h. I'm thinking about just doing the 30DS & dancing for 30m-1h. What do you guys think?
