Start was 455 lbs in feb but i started tracking in aprilish

Current is 379.4lbs as of October 31st

What have I done? walking every so often as in, maybe once every few weeks ... im big and it hurts to walk to be honest but its getting easier
mainly diet change for now

    great job you're doing great. I know what you mean about movement hurting. While I am not as big as you were at your highest I do have a bmi of over 60 and it hurts to walk for to long. I have however found that riding a recumbent bike is not to bad. (just telling you what i do please don't take it the wrong way)

    first off i want to greatly commend you for doing this! and the natural way.. calories/exercise where /when u can! i work in the insurance industry and i see sooooooooooooo many gastric surgeries that its insane.. and including friends of mine that have had it.. it is VERY over prescribed..and people at your highest wt are def the wt for the bypass.. and i just think its amazing that you are taking this on and doing awesome and take it one day at a time with the exercise.. it will get easier.. i just wanna give u a high 5!:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
