Hey all,
My name is Whitney, I am new to this. I was on here before, but then I got pregnant, and was limited on my workout. I am 1 month postpartum, and after the 15th I should be cleared to begin working out again! Wish me luck on my weigh in at the Doctors office! :)

  • Good luck!!! I'm sort of in that boat but at a different stage. I've been on this site for a year and a half on and off and I found out i'm pregnant on october 24th. I go to my first prenatal check on the ninth and if all is well I'm planning to continue exercising as I have been for as long as I can manage.

    That weigh in will be amazing!! Never in your life can you lose so much so fast!!! LOL Use that as inspiration to continue to your goal :) Good luck and Congrats!! :)
