Is there any body out there who can tell me about losing weight while having insulin dependant diabetes? I want to know what other people experience. I have been diabetic for 21 years! I am now 31 years old and just had my first baby 10 months ago. I want to lose weight as quickly as possible and fit back into my skinny clothes.

hi I am not insulin dependant but can honestly say that there is loads of info on the diabetes.co.uk/forum no question too stupid and all are diabetics with tried and tested methods. Also its a good place to have a rant lol
