While doing 30DS, can I do other exercises?

Should I continue my exercise regime (30m strength, 30m cardio, 30m-1h dance) while doing the 30 Day Shred, or should I just continue it when I'm done? I need to dance daily for practice, so I would still like to dance for at least 30m a day on top of 30DS.

    Honestly not really. 30DS was not meant to be combined with other things. It is more or less a beginner program designed to allow people whose primary goal is weight loss to transition from being a couch potato into a lifestyle of fitness. Most video programs were made to follow a specific schedule that doesn't leave a whole lot of room for modification and doesn't really leave room for other forms of exercise as well without the risk of overtraining. If you want something you can stack with your existing activity then you're going to have to put your own program together. If you need help with that, you can feel free to add me and I'll be happy to help however I can.

    I continued my walking while I did the Shred.
    Some people do other cardio with it, while others just do the Shred. You will get results with just the Shred though:)

    Thanks for the advice! :happy: Contingency, I'm going to definitely take you up on your offer after I finish the shred. I'm going to continue my cardio & in the meantime, I'm going to dance daily for the rest of the time that I would usually be doing my muscle training. Thank you so much! :happy:
