whats everyones percentages at and have you noticed major difference when adjusting them

1400 cal per day, 40% carbs, 35% protein and 25% fat.
And yes, i noticed a great difference when adjusting them.0 -
I'm on 1800 kcal/day, 20% carbs, 20% protein, 60% fat.

I aim for between 1500-1800 cals an have my settings at 40 carbs-30 protein-30.fat. I also aim for fibre of 30.
Haven't really noticed a change but it did take me while to get used to eating this much protein.0
