4-6 times per week. Outdoor jogging (if you can call it that!), spinning, and I coach basketball for 5th graders.

Okay, so when you jog, try doing intervals. mix jogging with sprints and walking.
Rest is really important, so maybe, cut down on the lengths of your jogs or give yourself a dedicated rest day.

Also, you may need to intake more potassium. Potassium deficiencies are pretty common in people who are very active.
Low potassium can lead to digestive problems which can cause tiredness and heavy arms and legs...

Okay I'll play. Why won't my husband do the dishes?

Probably because it doesnt involve food, cars, sport or boobs.
Ask him what he wants for dinner and be prepared to make him whatever he wants on one condition, he washes up. Simple, works with my man. haha.

LOL.... even that doesn't work. So now I have stopped cooking for him. He's vegan so he generally won't eat what I eat anyway

Then you better try something relating to the boobs.

It shouldnt be too long.. measure everything.

Take your measurements around your arms, chest, waist and thighs.
Measure distance you can run and how long you can exercise.
Measure your results by clothing sizes..
Measure food habits (how much and how often you eat)

Changes take place in hundreds of different ways, you just have to measure them.
