Maybe a sign I need to push myself harder

Well yesterday I worked out at the gym for a total of 2 and a half hours! I can feel it today  In the past I've been keeping my heart rate around145-155. Yesterday I did short 10 min cardio on 3 different machines but this time kept my heart rate between 160-168. Today I actually feel like I burned calories in my last workout. I did change it up by not staying on one machine for an entire 30 mins and I've been adding more and more weights.
With adding weights I'm going to need to start doing yoga everyday. I've noticed I've lost some flexibility. Anyway, I was starting not to see any results from my old routine so I took this as a sign to change it up and push my slef harder. Yeah, I'd get un comfy before, but I really pushed it yesterday. At the end of the workout, I knew I was done for the day. That feeling of "I can't lift another weight" actually I couldn't
This is going to be my crazy routine untill next Wednesday, when I will have to change it up again. I'm noticing I have to change what I'm doing alot now to get results

Good for you!
Ive noticed that when a person gets 10-15 pounds away from their goal the things that worked before dont really work anymore - and you have to "take it to the next level" - a lot of people fail at this point because they dont want to "push" - but you have a great attitude and I know that you will succeed! Cant wait to hear about your workouts!! GO GIRL!0 -
Oh my goodness, you are so inspiring in your efforts to keep pushing for fast results. You amaze me! :flowerforyou:0

That's actually a great thing to do, keep switching it up because, our body starts to adapt to the workout & you stop losing or seeing results. So, switching it up will definitely confuse your body & you will see results! :flowerforyou:
Keep up the great work You!!!!0
