Yoga?

Hey everyone!

How's everyone doing with their goals? I was told that yoga is a great way to be more flexible, however, there are so many different types. I tried doing Yin yoga yesterday and absolutely fell in love with it! I was wondering if anyone has any other practices of yoga they are taking to increase their flexibility?

    try hot yoga, if you're up for a challenge! such a workout!

    Try traditional Hatha Yoga for flexibility and strength, or Kundalini yoga to relax and meditate :)

    I do different kinds of yoga as well. Dahn Yoga (a Korean based technique) is fantastic as it starts teaching about taking care of yourself physically -- and through meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques .. healing aspects. I love it as an alternative to Vinyasa Flow or Hatha Yoga techniques .. I think there are benefits to every type of yoga! Learning various types expands your knowledge and challenges you in different ways.

    I love yoga .. not only for the flexibility part -- but for the whole well being of mind and soul. I get such a great feeling from it! Good luck to you and whatever you choose.
