Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 50min walk, 20 laps and treaded water for 60 minutes

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go to the gym

exercise weekly progress - 3/7 days of exercise (goal 5 out 7 days)

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Although I am sure I went over my calories at our dinner out - (Italian) I only ate 2/3 of my meal and did reasonably well.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? really nothing outstanding

    What would I have done differently? Fit the eliptical in somewhere!

    What is today's personal goals? Get to the gym and stay within my calories

    Exercise weekly progress - 1/7 days of exercise (goal 4 out 7 days)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? stayed under my calories ... it has been a long time since I've managed to do that on a non-exercise day

    What would I have done differently? gotten some kind of exercise in

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and already went to the Y for an hour
