Hi just wanted to introduce myself. My name is CInders & I am from Mission, BC (West coast Canada) I had WLS on 9/26/12 in Tijuana, MX and am feeling great. SO far I am down 40lbs but am hving trouble getting motivated to start exercising, and keeping up with my food diary here. Hopefully it gets easier.
