Hi all, I'm semi-new to myFitnessPal I've actually been logging in since late September. I'm only 5 feet tall and when I went to my doctor and got weighed and the scale read 188lbs it spurred me into action. Since I've begun I know I've lost weight based upon mainly my pants fitting looser and also friends and family noticing.
I don't own a scale so I'm not sure how many pounds I've lost but I'm aiming to reach my fit goal by February 2013.
The main challenge is finding enough interesting/varied at home workouts on a student budget. I'm seriously considering splurging on the Fitbit One tracker.
