100 days of fitness - nearly there!

95 days ago I started my 100 days to fitness goal. Each day for 100 days I've tried to eat as healthily as possible and do at least 30 minutes of exercise. I've managed to keep it up for 95 days and finish this Friday - before going on holiday on Saturday to see friends and family I've not seen for several years - the perfect motivator.

At the time of writing I am 300 grams off loosing 12 kilograms in this period (26 pounds). I'll write up my full story if anyone is interested, but for me, I'm feeling on top of the world knowing the challenge is nearly complete with a result I'm very happy with.

Myfitnesspal has been a great tool. I just wish I'd discovered it sooner. I've been using it about the last 4-5 weeks religiously. It really helped my understanding of my calorific intake.
