exercise for front of thighs... help

Anyone know which exercise is good for legs, I have weight on the front of my thighs that won't move!!! I am doin Zumba every 2nd day and walking most days

    I have asked about this before, and it seems to be true that you can't "spot reduce" fat, my thighs have been massive whilst the rest of me has got smaller. It is only this last week now that I am getting closer to my goal weight I have noticed my thighs are FINALLY giving up their fat! I am going to try to lose an extra 5lbs or so than I had originally planned to get my thighs more streamlined. Squats, lunges, walking and running will help to tone and shape your thighs.
