Bouncing Back

So, last week I lost .6 lbs. I have been losing a minimum of .8 lbs. every week since (seriously) beginning this journey, so I have nothing to complain about, and -.6 is still one for the Win column. So, I'm shaking it off and I am much more focused this week, determined to see a better result - a full pound or more. With that in mind, I was just curious -- Does a not-so-good week set you back for a while or make you more motivated in the weeks that follow? How do you pick yourself up and get back on tradk?

I only lost .2 last week. I had a couple things going against me with halloween, and some fun dinners... but whatever. I also completed week three of C25K, which means that I'm able to run for 3 minutes at a time!! So, I'm choosing to believe that I must have added muscle to replace some of the fat I lost.
Yeah... yeah, that's it!
This week's a new one, so we'll see how I do.0
