I find it better not to deprive myself. I have some days when I go over calories, but most of the time I can fit my treat foods into my calorie allowance. If it makes you feel better, get in a really crazy workout tomorrow!0

When I have pizza, I make sure to fit it into my day. Which tends to mean 2 slices (especially since I like to wash it down with a good beer).
I also tend to make my own totally from scratch. It's traditional pizza (white flour or 1/3 whole wheat crust, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce) but I do it all and know exactly what I am putting into it (and on it). That doesn't stop me from grabbing a slice when someone orders takeaway, though.0 -
