Most chinese places I've been to has a "low calories" menu. It usually consists of smaller portions, steamed vegetables and chicken breast or shrimp. Get one of their menus next time you go.

Beef with broccoli is the most nutrients for the calories. Eat half and save the rest for lunch the next day. Also, just put a few spoonfuls of rice with it. A lot of the chicken and shrimp dishes are deep-fried.
