Hi all,

My name is Janie and I have been on MFP for a while, but I guess I had a serious concussion from a bad fall "off the wagon" a while ago. Many things have happened since then, which all make it more important than ever to take care of myself - no matter what I like to tell myself, I am not getting any younger.

I hope to hook up with some of my old friends and meet some new ones on the way.
