still learning to maintain

On 10/17/2012 I reached my weight loss goal by loosing 70 lbs. Good thing that was my goal because all my friends tell me not to loose anymore. So MFP had me go from 1200 cal/day to 1850 cal/day to maintain. That was really hard for me to do, I felt like 1800 was too much, so I reduced it down to 1550 cal/day. I figured gradual would be better. I tend to either be 2 lbs above or 2 lbs under my goal weight, so I figure that 4 lb range is not too bad. It's still weird being able to eat more.
Just wanted to let everyone know how it's been going for me so far.

You'll more than likely find that you'll continue to lose on 1550. I upped mine after hitting goal from 1500 to 1700 and went from 155-145 in about 2 months. I've been hanging around 147 for the last 3 months by eating 1850/daily. I know it's scary, but to maintain you have to eat more. I struggled with it as well, but as soon as I got used to it I hardly noticed...keep up the good work!0
