Fluffernutter "the best sandwich in the world"

Been eating PB 2 for a while and have to say I really like it. I've tried all sorts of things using PB 2 but just thought a fluffernutter was out of the question cause I assumed marshmallow creme was off the charts with calories BUT much to my delight hears the calorie breakdown;

1 slice of low calorie bread like Healthy life 35 calories
2 tablespoons PB 2 45 Calories
2 tablespoons Marsh mellow Creme 45 Calories
Glorious total 125 Calories :love:
Had one last night and it really hit the spot--:smile:

    LOVE fluffernutters!!
    Granted I use Smart Balance PB instead of the PB2
    But for 275 cals I'll take it as my lunch :)

    I'm having it for lunch today actually! I'm very excited haha.

    Reminds me, we have a friend from Germany and whenever he visits the States he likes to eat Fluffernutters. I guess that you can't buy Fluff in Germany.

    You can't buy Fluff where I live either, I have to buy it by the case online. The only thing that might be as good as Fluff and peanut butter is Nutella and peanut butter. Yummy!!

    My reward for reaching my goal weight is a tub of nutella
    (i think i'm going to be reaching my goal weight quite a few times)

    hmm just looked into the marshmallow topping and / 100g it does only have 330 cals, but only 1g of protein, no fat . I think its almost pure sugar.
