Hi Everyone,
I have been having some lower back issues lately. I teach kindergarten so I spend a lot of time either bend down over tables or looking down & working w/ my little guys. I'm 5 foot 9 inches and I now understand why a lot of the kindergarten teacher I know are shorter. But anyway, if you have any quick workouts that will work I would really appreciate it. :-)
Thanks!

Prone Cobras - lay face down on the floor with your arms by your sides. Lift your shoulders off the ground and spread your arms slightly away from your body (palms up) & hold. To make it harder, you can put your arms straight out in front of you.0

Stop bending down, and start squatting down while keeping your heels touching the ground.0
