Don't Need a Babysitter

I don't need a babysitter but for someone to give me tough love. When I am slacking and not putting in my food and exercise, I need someone to send me something to let me know they are watching. I have lost 4 lbs but I have a long way to go.

    I can be that person if you would like, I could use someone like that too. I've only lost 1 pound and I want to get to at least 160 from 200 lol
