Lonely soul all the way from Poland

Hi all!
My name is Beata, I'm 25 and I come from a small town called Bochnia, in the south of Poland.

I've decided to create a profile in here as this site popped up numerous times as I was searching info about work out DVDs etc. I also haven't found any similiar polish site or I searched wrong way :P

I started to work out more or less regularly around march 2012 as I suffered from some colon issues and back pain (I stoop :/). That is when I discovered Zumba, I instantly fell in love with it as till that day working out was tough, boring, sweating, hurting thing for me and Zumba ain't a work out - it's pure fun. Now I mix Zumba with 30 day shred and think of Jillian's "Banish fat boost metabolism" dvd.

Anyway till today the colon thing didn't repeat, back doesn't hurt as often as it did only my weight seems to be frozen. At the moment I'm searching for a job and sit home all day doing pretty much nothing - I guess that's also the reason my weight not going down.

The thing I wanted to ask some of you is to help with filling the excercise calendar: how should I add zumba cardio, zumba sculpt & tone, zumba flat abs, 30 day shred & Banish fat boost metabolism?
I'd be really grateful for any help, good word and motivation.
Of course if there's a fellow polish speaker in here I'd be more than happy to get in touch :)

    I think all's you have to do is go into cardiovascular and type in your workouts a whole list of different workouts will come up ( and I mean lots) click on the one you want, put in how much time you worked out and it will calculate the calories burned! Someone who has been doing this longer than me might have better instructions! Good luck to you! It really is a great site!!
