hey everyone!
This may be a dumb question but imma ask anyways! So MFP says to eat 1,230 a day without exercise of course. I workout quite a bit so I know i must eat back some exercise. am i supposed to make my NET number 1230? so id be eating like 1700 ish depending on how much i work out?
