glasses of water

it ask you tl measure how many cups/glasses of water but ie been refilling a 500ml bottle to count to my 2litre a day can anyone tell me how many cups this equates to or how many ml's in a glass

    500ml = slightly over 2 cups (slightly over 16 oz.)

    Google next time buddy!

    4.22675 cups = 1 liter.

    Therefore 2 liters = roughly more then 8 cups of water.

    a cup is 250ml, and most "glasses of water" are 8oz, and there's about 32oz in a liter... so your "8 glasses of water per day" is about 2L.

    i cup (8 oz) of water = 236 mL or 0.236 liters

    1 cup of water usually equals 8 ounces. I converted 500ml to ounces and it is 16.907 ounces. So, whenever you drink 500ml, it would equal about 2 cups of water.

    I did discover that the measurements can be switched to metric. You'll want to select Settings by Logout at the very top. Then, look for Switch to Metric Measurements near the bottom. It's right above Delete Account. I hope that helps!

    small glass is 200ml

    tall glas is 250ml

    a 500ml bottle is therefore equal to 2 1/2 small glasses of water
