Way off..way off

Ooops...I started a graveyard shift for some temporary work that came available. Alone that messed up my schedule and body. BUT, unbenounced to me, the midnight shift gets catered food: Chicken wings, prime rib, BBQ, mac & cheese, cobbler, bread pudding, fried shimp, you name it. Hard to resist. AHHHHHHHH.

    Yikes:grumble:, try bringing tonnes of your own food, load up... at least you know you can eat every hour to stay full if its low cal foods instead of two chicken wings thats worth 150 cals you could have an apple and PB instead. Or plan to do alot of exersicing for the next little while:smile: I would not want to be in your shoes. At 3:00am I have barely any self control, I go wandering around work hoping and not hoping to find junk food even though I bring lots of my own treats for the night. Good luck!:tongue:
