Hellooo folks! I've been on myfitnesspal for a long time but have just become serious/dedicated enough to utilize the program. I'm 38 years old and need to lose about 60lbs. I'm a new mom to a beautiful 7 week old baby girl and I want to be the best I can for ME so I can be the best I can for HER! I battled my first addiction (cigarettes) and have been smoke-free for almost 3 months. Now I'm ready to get this eating/exercise thing under control. Any and all advice and help would be greatly appreciated!!!
