what have you done to tighten up and lose weight?

I've done a lot, with not much progress. While I feel stronger under the post-pregnancy fat that later of fat will NOT subside. Need advice. I am looking at doing a food overhaul now, since i've barely lost a lb in 4 months (fluctuating water weight loss is all that has happened).
