Muscle groups

I've come to the realization that I have relied on doing cardio to lose weight too much. Not only that, but I want to have muscles and look fit. While I've gotten stronger since I've lost weight, I'm not getting the muscle definition I need.

Which muscle groups do you work out together? How often? How much time do you spend strength training each day and how many reps do you do if you want to lose weight, but also build definition? Do you alternate days?

I'm still learning about weight loss and fitness every day. There's more to know than I ever would have imagined before I started my journey!

    Deadlift
    Cleans
    Dips
    Pull ups
    Push ups
    Over head Press
    Rows
    Lunges

    Find a program that involves these above... New Rules, Starting Strength, 5/3/1, GOMAD, etc
