Hi All!

I've been a frequest visitor of myfitnesspal for a year or so, but have recently started using it faithfully! I've been having some really good days, and a lot of not so good days... I really struggle on the weekends, but still was able to lose 9 lbs in October, which was a huge success! I've also gone back to the gym, which has been difficult, but it seems to be going well!

I've been on a diet rollercoaster for the last 10 years of my life, and have officially peeked with my weight. I was going through some health issues, and actually on the path for weight loss surgery, when I was diagnosed with celiac disease. It was odd, because generally people LOSE weight due to malnurishment when they have celiacs, but I was GAINING weight. (Just my luck...) Since being diagnosed, I've decided to take another shot at doing it the old fashioned way: diet and excercise!

Anywho... Now that it's been diagnosed, and I've made some major changes in my food life, IT'S TIME TO GET THIS WEIGHT UNDER CONTROL!!! I'm just SO tired of what it does to me, carrying all this excess fat around, that I just simply have to.

My goal is to lose 40 lbs by the end of February, which puts me at about 2 lbs a week. Success so far!
