I have some bad habits I need to work on like: Eating fast food because it's easier to deal with, Eating late because that when i GET THE HUNGRIEST, and starting a workout but quitting after 2 weeks. I am determined to STOP all these bad habit and make some good ones!!! BUT I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE. Any information you can help me with would be greatly appreciated. If I know anything that can help someone else I will keep you posted.

Hey there and welcome! I have had the same issues in the past. I would workout, then quit, could never find a diet that worked for me until I found what worked for me. Eating healthy is the BIGGEST part of losing weight. Here's what has worked for me: I eat 50% protein, 30 % carbs and 10% fat everyday between 1,600-1,800 calories and i lose fast. I eat 6 small meals a day. To help kick the bad eating habits and keep me from eating things I shouldnt, I have fruit, protein bars, string cheese or any other healthy snacks. If I am going to go off my diet, at least make it healthy. It's those small accomplishments that help you get through the day. Then with the exercising part, find something that works for you. I do p90x and it has worked great for me. We all have excuses for not working out, I am guilty of that. But always try to fit something in, even if its just a short run. It is better than nothing. Hope thats good advice, feel free to add me as a friend!
