Power 90? And a question.

I started power 90 today, I did the sculpt 1-2 and I did pretty well for my first time if you ask me. I couldn't do all the push ups and I didn't do the tricep dips because my chair was too small.

But my question is, how do I put it into the MFP tracker? I don't know exactly how much of anything I did. How do the rest of you guys put exercise DVD's in to the tracker?
