frustrated...

I am starting to get SO impatient with this weight loss....i want to be back down to 125 so bad....i only have 14lbs to go but it seemed so much easier a year ago when i did this!!!! Everyone tells me to not go below 1200 calories but when i do i lose weight...if i stay at 1200 calories then the scale doesnt budge...i just started working out 4 days ago so i hope it helps....still motivated but really discouraged right now :-/

    Just stick with your calorie count. Adding more exercise most certainly will help, but it can take time, a lot more time than we think sometimes..
