I have 2 workout dvd's that I just got. One is Richard Simmons Tonin to the Oldies. It combines dance and it has the toning cords .He calls it Circut training, combining cardio with strength training. I noticed there is a listing in the database for circut training so I could use that. I guess. The other one is Joel harpers Firming After 50. What should I list the workout under, and about how many calories burned?

I have similarly styled DVD and I put under Low-Impact Aerobics, then I put in the total amount of time and the cals burned populates automatically -- think that would work for the the DVD you're using?0

circuit training is going to give you much too high a burn rate for those dvds. the strength training portion isn't substantial enough to support the burn. list them as aerobics0
