Working out when you're not feeling well?

Need some advice-

A couple weeks ago, I started (again) Jillian's ripped in 30. Was doing great, on my "days off", I still did some stretching, yoga and some ab work. Was doing great until I woke up Friday morning feeling sick as a dog. Whole deal, nose running, sore throat, weak body..
I tried to at least do some stretches/yoga, but I could barely hold my body up so I figured I'd just take a few days to get healthier.

Well, now it's Monday.
I've had ALL WEEKEND off. I finally have my appetite back, BUT... my throat is still really sore, and I'm still coughing quite a bit. A little worse than yesterday even..
But my mind is telling me to get my butt up and work out! I really want to do Jillian's workout again because I KNOW how much it sucks to fall out of the groove and have to get back into it. That pretty much has been my whole summer. I need to stay on track!

I'd usually go run, but it's 20 degrees out.
And considering my compromised immune system... would rather not.

So what would be your suggestions? Should I just do Jillian? I don't want to make myself worse.. but I really need to do SOMETHING.
I stepped on the scale and I'm already up 4 lbs.
Which I know doesn't mean anything.
But I feel pretty bloated and blah.

Or yoga?
Or... something?! I know I need to do cardio to get rid of all this excess fat but I'm nervous because of my lungs.

Okay that's enough babbling from me. Any advice/previous experiences you've had are welcome :)
Thank you!

I take it easy when I'm sick. When I'm starting to feel better, I'll take a slow walk on my treadmill, and work my way back up again. If my throat is sore or I'm coughing still, I'll save it for another day. It's no fun to work out when you aren't feeling well!

If I'm just feeling run down or have a sore throat etc I will still go get at least a light workout in, I find it improves my general mood and sense of well being.

When I get a cold though I will usually cut out cardio or at least drastically reduce what I do. Over stressing your system when it's already taxed by fighting off an illness can lead to prolonging the illness.

Play it by ear, feed yourself properly, and listen to what your body is telling you.
