So, I know this isn't a huge change, but I am very happy with it!!! I am one month into my new lifestyle, and this is what just a month of eating healthy and exercise did for me!!

    Thank You!!! My husband was going on about how different I looked, but I didn't believe him till I took the pics yesterday for my 'before' 30 day shred. It really is a good idea to take pics!

    Also, not to sound weird but I love your bra. A good fitting bra can change your shape aswell as make you feel fabulous!

    I know! It finally fits!! A month ago all I got out of it was major quadraboob!!!
