Hello All,

I'm a 30yr old mother of three who's tired of being tired! I've never been in shape, but never had an issue with my physical appearance. A little over a year ago we relocated to the Dallas area. I found myself sitting in an office for 9+ hours, taking short lunches or none at all. My eating habits changed drastically due to my new schedule, some days I put off eating till late evening or grab a few unhealthy snacks throughout the day. Whatever the case, I'm not getting any younger and I need to set a healthy example for my kids.
