Hi guys! With the cold weather coming I find myself craving food more than I did in summer and generally I eat about 200 cals more a day than I did in August . It is not necessarily a big problem because I simply cannot eat my exercise calories back so I am under my daily limit anyway ... BUT ... I upped teh cals since I am in maintenance and I do find it worrisom when I eat more. I guess we are mammals so it is only natural that we crave more food when teh winter aproaches ... than , I don't want to put on fat like mammals do for winter lol.
So, I was wondering if you have any good low-cal but warming up recipies that could kill my constant food craiving.? I'd liek to note that I try to eat as clean as possible (onoly thing, I love tofu and generally soy products and those tend to be highly proceeded).
