Hello all! I am totally new to this. I am LOVING myfitnesspal. Counting calories is something I never thought I would find myself doing, but here I am. And, it's actually really cool. I feel in control even more so now of what I'm putting into my body. I have a BIG QUESTION though . . . I want to take sugar/carbs out of my diet, but maybe not completely. I'd like to take all the glucose (like dessert sugars, pastries, breads, pastas - that kind of stuff out. I am really struggling though with WHAT TO EAT! Everything has sugar in it, almost everything. How do I know what sugars to avoid, and which are okay for me? PLEASE help me. I really want to eat right, but I'm really having a hard time figuring this out. Thank you for any advice, recipes or thoughts you might have!!
