Time for me to get Serious again....

Hi everyone!
I am very fit and active (a little less than I used to be because my schedule doesn't let me run as often as used to, but I am definitely no slouch! I squeeze in my workouts very early in the morning..... Like 4:30!) But I have been stuck at a plateau for about a year now. I seem to be bouncing around the same 3-5 lbs when I really would like to lose about 10-15 more to be at my goal weight.
I discovered that really, whats holding me back is my sugar intake. But what sucks is, I don't eat candy or crap like that. It's the sugar that's in my yogurt, energy bars, stuff like that.
I love the fat fat free Greek yogurt with fruit, but there's 20 grams if sugar in that little cup!!!! I also love cliff builder bars or mojo bars but they also have 22 grams of sugar. I eat a bar and a yogurt almost everyday! Between that and the soy milk in my coffee (which I am NEVER giving up) I probably consume close to 50 grams of sugar a day!!!!! Possibly 60.
I need some support.... Plus some ideas to still satisfy that sweet tooth that I have (as small as it is). I'm not a fan of plain Greek yogurt. I see that nut butters have low sugar (I am not afraid of the fat content.).
I'm a vegetarian (used to be vegan but I now eat eggs and obviously dairy). I usually eat tofurkey slices and sausage, eggs, oatmeal, soy nuggets, stuff like that. I eat vegetables and some fruit. This is how I eat.... I don't eat junk food or really snack that much. But every day I love my Greek yogurt and energy bar for lunch (I teach and eat while I work during my break, so I need quick and easy) but that's over 40 grams if sugar right there.
I do some kind of workout everyday.... Either weights, spin, or run, so I do get hungry mid day since I start my day off so early. I like nuts too!
Help! I need ideas!

Sounds like you're doing fantastic aside from the sugar intake!
Can you look up alternatives online that are similar to what you're eating now. Instead of the greek yogurt with fruit (im assuming in the cup already) maybe you can buy plain greek yogurt and add some of your favorite fresh fruit.
Instead of the Cliff bars, maybe there's a low sugar bar that's just as good. I'd check the next time you're grocery store.
I haven't been watching my sugar intake too closely, so I'm probably not a big help. My biggest suggestion would be getting your sugar from fresh fruit.0 -
If you have a Kroger near you try carb master Greek yogurt lite. Only 6 gms sugar. Pretty tasty !0
