I've just started this program 3 days ago and can already tell a MAJOR difference. It's easy to follow, the food is GREAT, and I don't feel deprived what so ever! Anyone else doing or have been successful in doing this program? I'd love to hear your stories and/or see your pictures:)

    I have never heard of this. Can you tell me details? Is there a link to read. My stomach is my largest part of my body. I am 5" 1" and you can't hide the weight. I have 40 pounds to lose.

    I'm on day two - just started with my hubby, and seems ok so far. I don't have Jorge Cruises original book (Belly Fat Cure), but I remember looking it over one day at B&N. Seemed to make sense then, but didn't go for it; then found the Fast Track book at Halfprice Books the past weekend, so we got started yesterday! I "liked" the FB page and see that there are a lot of people with success from the Belly Fat Cure book, but haven't found much info on the "fast track" book. I'm gonna keep searching though. Good luck!
